I appreciate the opportunity for professional growth and development that The Lexicon International School, Kalyani Nagar provides. The collaborative environment and open communication among staff members make it easy to work. The school emphasis on extra curricular activities and sports.

Dislikes

One area I’d like to see improvement is the workload and administrative tasks given to the class teacher. Kindly hire a team to work on the CBSE portals (UDISE). While I understand the importance of these tasks, I sometimes finds it challenging to balance them with my teaching responsibilities.

The workshops i used to like where everybody learnt things every year. Quick Promotions(not for talented people)

It was used to be promotion are just promotion no salary raise(only favourite whistleblowers get promotion and appraisal.Salary hike is a joke which happens in December month get paid in January woww such a joke and bad management.if you are hardworking you will get work lot more than others but forget promotion and salary raise which is hardly 12000-15000k(bcz increament used to happen in December every year so, in a year calculate the % of salary raised(hardly 1%-4%)...Read More

N number of things, coordinators are just busy in gossiping with old teachers, new teachers need to be in good books of old teachers, else they will harass u and as I said, supervisors are mere puppets in the hands of old teachers, without a single thaught u can be fired.Middle supervisor is fond of shouting and insulting teachers in front of students. There is no work life balance. Even after working so hard Management has fired 40-50% of faculty in COVID19 Situation. In the name of online classes, they are treating students like auditorium audience. Single teacher is taking online classes of mutliple batchs together. Whereas there is no relaxation in school fees and all the class sections has 100% seat occupied. Management is taking full advantage of the current situation....Read More

School has 8 hours of work. Many Tim they ask to stay extra without any additional perks. They follow sandwich holiday concept. If you leave one minute before the working hours, supervisor will treat it ashalf day.
