1) Work culture is so poor 2) If your are telegu addition advantage 3) There is no roles and responsibilities 4) Manager only rule the company and they also not know the proper sequence to complete the job. 5) Without any intimation you may shift to shop floor activities even you are in project 6) There is no respect for workers. 7)If you are work or not but staying more than 10 hours you will be appreciated 8) You may not use your brain and you just do what the mangers told , If you suggest something they regret immediately and you will treat as a attitude person....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
