It is very bad culture by local management during my stay. Unit head is not having humanity, genuine and realistic thinking. Highly egotistical person. Because of Mr.GVK Prasad so many persons suffered including me daily torture due to his personal problems at home he will show prestision and angry on employees particularly on HOD's.
