KCP Vietnam Industries Limited is a 100% Foreign Invested Company established in Vietnam in 1997 and operating a 10,000 TCD capacity sugar refinery with 30 MW Cogeneration unit and a 1,000 TCD sugar factory. To implement projects in sugar, Bio mass power generation, distillery and Medical glove production in next three years, we invite applications for the following posts from the eligible and interested candidates.

Civil Head(Vietnam)

We are seeking a dynamic professional with over 25 years of experience out of which around 10 years in carrying out industrial projects with around 5 years as head or Vice Head of the project construction teams. He should be a Graduate in Civil Engineering to join our KCP Vietnam Industries Limited, Vietnam.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

• Should have been as Head or Vice Head of the project construction teams for at least 5 to 10 years.
• Experience in one or two fields out of sugar / Biomass power generation / distillery / Medical glove production is preferred.
• Experience in managing different projects pertaining to execution, labour and material management while liaising with clients/consultants/contractors.
• Adroit in handling tenders, conducting cost analysis, attending Pre-Bid tender meetings, making site inspections as well as site feasibility studies for Pre-Tendering.
• Good experience in resolving contractual issues, evaluation of technical bids and Financial bids, preparation of estimations and bill of quantities, finalization of contractors in co ordination with management and purchase department.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects. Should regularly conduct meeting with the contractors to meet requirement of progress, quality, safety, etc.
• Dexterous in preparing cash flow statements, conducting project cost analysis and making project schedules/plans.
• Should be conversant with execution planning and quality assurance of industrial projects works comprising of infrastructure, buildings and equipment foundations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical, decision-making, problem solving and relationship building skills are very essential.
• Accountable for planning and execution of project works with available resources within schedule.
• Team leadership and team management skills to achieve targets.
• Resolve issues with clients on time and ensure completion of construction activities within project cost, technical scrutiny of drawings, helping project management with techno commercial function.

Preferred candidate profile

Education : Graduate in Civil Engineering

Experience : 20 to 25 years experience out of which around 10 years in carrying out industrial

projects with around 5 years as head or Vice Head of the project construction teams.

Age : Around 45 to 48 years

Salary : Salary based on education, experience, merit and negotiation between both sides

Language: Telugu and English is a must
