Toxic culture encouraged by the top management especially US Staffing division leaders and the worst is the HR department in the organization who are only interested in masala talks to keep something going around in the company. Back bitching, unethical talks, favouritism has made a bra nds name to be spoiled in India market by placing the so illogical leadership in place so who don’t even have a sense of appreciation for any of the employees who have given their heart and soul to the company. Judge India Solutions holds the highest attrition rate in the US Staffing industry in today’s date so please if you want to have a peace of mind without getting corrupted political environment don’t work with the organisation just looking at it a brand. It’s for sure a big brand in US but in India it’s a worse environment than even a start up so please beware of choosing Judge India as your next employer. Call any individual in Judge India today and I can assure you no one would say no if you would ask if you’re looking out for a job change. Positivity only at the time of recruitment ,they will give but commitment ,but actually their is no projects and all employees working as contractual in permanent position .

The PMO team is worst as I saw ,they are just feet lickers to maintain their position .Micro level of management for working hours despite no project work .They get contractual work no direct clients .I joined at the strength of 60+ developer plus tester etc ,when i left only 27 were t hier ....Read More
