The brand itself is a plus point. It's a heavyweight when it comes to journalism.

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible. There is toxicity everywhere. Bosses do not listen to juniors at all. It's a top heavy organisation. If you complain about a senior colleague, be prepared to be mocked.

Company' financial department always delay my salary. When you work devotionaly for company and you are not getting your salary on time is very horrible. In 2017- September & October both month's I got the salary together on October month 2017. If one family depend on employee...how he can solve family's all financial needs. Yes, the company was good but Jammu centre, where I was working, was always overburdened and understaffed...As a result, we had more work pressure and less appreciation

Dislikes

Work pressure was high and growth too slow. Generally, I had worked for 14 hrs straight and without offs for years together. Other centres across the country enjoyed the privilege of working 5 days week. Though, my Delhi bosses used to appreciate my work but they went unnoticed in my mid term appraisals

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
