It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.

No career growth,not much increment and as your production supervisor you have to work 12hrs some time with no OT allowance and they will call us for saturdays also if production is more.
