I am very happy with himalaya drug company, working since 2019 around 3 years, good work environment and culture, all team members are supportive and management is good. I am on 3rd party pay roll but we get salary on time and all out expenses also on time with bonus.

The skill development is good but the management is unaware of market situations and because of unrealistic policies company is getting lower compare to the other brands like mama earth.

The main management is totally unaware about the market situation. They want their employees to achieve targets with low bonus and zero increment. I worked in Himalaya for more than three years and they always refuse for increment but hiring new fresher employees in high wages compare to the experienced one....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
