Himalaya Drug Company is only good brand

Himalaya Drug Company in all its stores , have hired female store executives and attendants through third party role . They have kept Male as their reporting boss . These male boss who are on the Himalaya payroll threat females that they can remove , transfer and these poor females are subjected to harrasment . The third party contractor cannot have any say and the poor females who work in these stores do not have Redressal system or grievances where they can report about such male bosses. No career growth,not much increment and as your production supervisor you have to work 12hrs some time with no OT allowance and they will call us for saturdays also if production is more.

It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.
