The Heritage College is a spacious campus. Being a guest faculty, I don’t have to bother about other issues except taking classes.

Dislikes

Management offers poor pay scale Students do not attend classes properly. They are very arrogant to reply back to students.

Timely salary (maximum by 10th of every month) even during the pandemic period

In most of the cases the organization hires you by showing a lollipop that you will be getting a tremendous hike after 5-6 months. But strictly its not so. The average range of salary is 18K per month. The organization have tremendous attrition rate and that's why no experienced teacher can stay in this organization for more than one year. Most of the teachers (more than 98%) in this organization are either freshers or who have joined as a fresher and are staying till date<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Moreover the management is highly manipulative as they hire you by citing one specific type of job and after hiring giving you additional jobs recklessly</mark>. Hostel facility for male outstation teachers are terrible. This school is good only for freshers and local candidates, not for experienced/outstation faculty as the management gives no values to your experience and they also properly don't know the CBSE rules/by-laws as well....Read More

I worked in Heritage school for 3 and half years the best part is the management they always listen to the issues of their employees they are very down to earth the best management in the city as I worked many renowned schools in Jammu

What I dislike is only favouritism is following in the school for favourite no rules and for others who are following the rules but still leg pulling is done by the seniors it happens with me also not with anyone else jeans are not allowed in the school premises it’s for all not for only few persons no one interrupt those who are fav ourites my VP interrupt me even though I putted my resignation papers not to wear jeans even exams we’re going there and one of the teacher wearing short shirt with tight jeans mother of 2 kids with long shoes same day even she visited her many times but she did ask her anything that was really unprofessional behaviour...Read More
