Liberty Heritage School has a moto which says,"team work makes dream work" this moto brings teachers to work together and support each other. The liberty heritage school management develops the staff through staff and development programs and through workshops. There are inter region workshops which enables liberty heritage staff toshare ideas with other external teachers. The school allows the workers to sign 2 years contracts which can be renewed after appraisal. Foreign workers have their permits renewed depending with the work permit period allowance. Liberty heritage is a good school to gain relevant experience and it help an economy individual experience growth at work and professionally. Career growth may include how an individual can experience growth in business ethics given the work an environment, at liberty there is more to learn other than number of years experienced, the work environment exercises an individual to tackle new things and overcome challenges. In terms of remuneration liberty heritage has never missed a pay days promised they stick to the contract despite the fact that money is a scarce resource in all economies. There are no fringe benefits given to teachers, maybe with time the school will consider this in order to satisfy the needs of workers. During school trips teachers do not pay anything instead they are consider as completing a school duty to be with the learners for the entire numbers of days determined by nature of school trip. The school environment and nature has a distance with the country's politics however they are glued to teach values and morals based on Christianity and the bible. Liberty heritage school is a good school despite the fact that they pay low salaries and the employer work using personal grounds that professional grounds.

Moreover the management is highly manipulative as they hire you by citing one specific type of job and after hiring giving you additional jobs recklessly.
