Nothing at all that I can think of the hotel in refurbishment and the owner doesn’t want to do it and even if he would like to make changes and see his property flourish his confidant the Dir of finance would let it happen. Very frustrating, I worked so hard and such long hours but I don’t even think the owner would have cared someone is trying so hard.. people don’t work here more than a few months 6 max perhaps! I worked for a year!...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
