As due to this pandemic situation all companies are going through same issue. I have been told to go home and will receive transfer later. I am happy that atleast they are communicating with me and also talking about the transfers. I hope I will get transfer soon. :)

Management problem and MD involvement a lot. Even MD or Director are very much irresponsive.
