There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.and GM is not understanding person only shouting with front of the staff.i was worked 3 years but they not appreciate or not give me any best employment award it's only politics.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled for my pramosance but when they not have staff that time they promoted as associate.because so many staff left from the job.
