it seems that TC Global is keeping its Ahmedabad office open merely to maintain a presence in the city. There are no Senior staff, managers, or marketing activities happening at that branch. In Fact, there were only two employees present in the entire office. There are no walk ins or leads provided to the counselors. The reporting manager. based in pune. appears bias to the branch's needs and has been very rude. showing clear bias between the ahmedabad and pune employees. Overall, the work culture is poor, and the Ahmedabad staff seem to be used merely for load sharing, rather than as a vital part of the organization....Read More
