The Chopras were a place to be. TCGlobal is a place most hate. Managed and run by a bunch of inexperienced clueless and incompetent sycophants. Lockdown was effective from the third week of March 2020. Salaries in March 2020 were deducted on average of 30 to 50%. It was more like take it else leave it. Freewheeling spending on a stupid brand building exercise has wiped out their reserves.
Dislikes
Strategy + Operations and International Relations is managed by a bunch of inexperienced (not from education) individuals based out of Delhi. Centers are managed by family loyalty, sycophancy, insubordination, biased and gross incompetence. A glaring disconnect exists between the top and the bottom. The organization is a victim of the collective hubris that exists at the top amongst the founders' son and his strategy team. Then you have the attitude of 360-degree feedback which makes them the Judge + Jury + Executioner all in one. The key question is what you learn in this toxic environment? Frankly, Nothing barring the dirt and grime of politics which doesn't take organizations anywhere, and then you have detestable individuals who will make your skin crawl. it seems that TC Global is keeping its Ahmedabad office open merely to maintain a presence in the city. There are no Senior staff, managers, or marketing activities happening at that branch. In Fact, there were only two employees present in the entire office. There are no walk ins or leads provided to the counselors.
