The company boasts about its Dharma, but, people on top most positions amongst all does not follow the same and is VERY ABUSIVE AND ENJOY IT, ALL RULES ARE FOR THEM WHO ARE NOT MANAGERS AND NO ONE CARES ABOUT OTHERS. Hence the environment now has become very very poor and all employees news and old want to leave as soon as they get another job. Do not suggest till above mentioned people changes.
