work culture is excellent over here. As it's small company seniors and all the employees work as a family so they are always available to help you whenever in need without hesitation. I joined when other companies were firing their employees. Job security is 100 percent till there is no big issue. TBRC try to hold their employees. work culture is awesome nobody interfered with your work until you made a mistake. so you can independently work over here. your time is fixed come do your work, once you are done go home nobody will ask you to do the extra job. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
