My time at Mckinsey was really good. I got a chance to work with talented minds and one of the best teams I enjoyed working with. I think I was fortunate to work for an organization who values diversity, inclusion and at the same time had work life balance as I was working remotely.

Dislikes

Very less in-person events to attend, no offsite. Most of the things were held virtually may be because that's the environment mostly we are used to.

IITs remain India's biggest Job enabler in current scenario!

IIT Delhi had 1,200 offers while IIT Kanpur had 1,109 offers, a record placement season Microsoft, Google, BCG, McKinsey all recruited, 80 got global offers after a lot of chatter last year on 30% IITians being unplaced. Baby IITs might still be struggling a bit, but it'll get better with time for sure. So whoever was trolling IITs last year, I hope you are studying for JEE this year!
