And the Internal politics is terrible, and it is hard to get projects if you're not a people pleaser. Mostly they will try to outsource you, and if you're outsourced, you cannot learn much on site. And don't believe them when they say they will assign you projects in the office itself. And they say timings are flexible but it is not you can only avail flexible timings once or twice in a month but not more than that.
