No job security . Caste politics is here. Management and principal both are same , they only want work.

Accommodation is very poor. Work culture is worst that's why I left this school in just 1 month . Only boot licker type guys work here happily . No encourage for your work.

Team mates are like family members rather than colleague. Everyday is like learning new things. Principal sir is like a father to everyone every single person in the institute is his students as every day he give something new to learn.we have healthy environment.

It is exiting as I have been interacting with different people of different states and countries. Knowing about their culture behaviour etc.And on vaccation I accompany the children on various expeditions within and and outside the country.
