Professional development, philosophy of education, watching students grow into young adults, being nurtured and mentored by you in a positive learning environment.

For a long time, discriminatory practices with regards to salary made an Indian working alongside a foreigner (could even be Bangladeshi), having the same job description/responsibilities/accountabilities, get 1/2 to 1/3rd the pay of the foreigner. This has changed to reflect education now, and that is bearable.

Work Details

As said earlier, working here was an amazing experience - with students, as well as with most colleagues and supervisors. A positive learning environment for students and teachers.
