Good work environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Institute policies are good ,appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

Nothing is seen to be dislike in our institute as management is very cooperative

The job is quite interesting ..I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to show my talent and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Children are disobedient. No respect for teachers.

Work was very hectic. As I had to handle the full secondary section std5-7Abacus std5 8-10Vedic Mathis and all the 7 divisions per class

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
