No any HR policies , Canteen is good , Work & life balance will be good for some departments.

Dislikes

Lots of politics ,No appreciation , No system , Everyone will work on their priorities , Everyone will stretch you as per their urgencies, In purchase your manager will not support you . You have to work independently & also listen all people( MD to labour ) on their mood also if you right .Nominal increment is once in 2 years i.e. 1 to 2 k . Purchase work is only as a clerk . Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
