Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). No any HR policies , Canteen is good , Work & life balance will be good for some departments.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Lots of politics ,No appreciation , No system , Everyone will work on their priorities , Everyone will stretch you as per their urgencies, In purchase your manager will not support you . You have to work independently & also listen all people( MD to labour ) on their mood also if you right .Nominal increment is once in 2 years i.e. 1 to 2 k . Purchase work is only as a clerk . Management will discontinue you without reason .

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No work satisfaction, people are not supportive, bosses are not good even they do not appreciate employee, will not get holidays and will not get PL CL leaves properly
