Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very poor (not transparent).

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. They always giving opportunity to one of their relatives not to the skilled person.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
