Employer’s Response

TestingXperts (Tx) provides flexible working hours along with a work schedule of an average of nine hours daily. You may occasionally need to stretch your work hours due to client requirements however, employees are regularly advised to maintain a balance between work and personal life. Tx does not encourage continuous long working hours every day which may result in lesser productivity & efficiency of our employees. The flexible working schedule/hours provide a platform to plan & schedule personal & professional life. In case an employee has to work the extra mile occasionally, the company compensates for the same. With growth of the organization comes the growth of the workforce in quantity and quality. Tx is proud to have a majority of its employees associated with us for more than 8 years, and over the course of time, they have come a long way in contributing to management decisions and company strategy.
