I haven't had any positives while working here.
Dislikes
I regret to share that my experience at this company has been quite disheartening. The work environment, unfortunately, falls on the side of toxicity. It is apparent that the cultural issues extend beyond just the higher management and pervade into the employee interactions as well.
One notable concern revolves around certain individuals, particularly an Associate Director who I can’t name here, who appears to wield a disproportionate influence. Engaging in any form of disagreement with him can unfortunately lead to a distressing experience, as it seemingly wounds his ego and triggers a hostile response. His professional conduct lacks the necessary etiquettes and often involves belittling and mocking individuals, sometimes even within group forums.
Regrettably, my own performance appraisal suffered due to this dynamic. Astonishingly, my Team Lead sided with him, citing my disagreement as a form of disrespect towards him, subsequently impacting my appraisal negatively. This underscores a concerning trend where dissent is misconstrued as disrespect, leading to unfavourable outcomes.
The ongoing tolerance of such behaviour raises questions about the management's stance. It seems that a group has formed around him that operates with a certain level of favouritism, which can indeed be demoralising for others. This situation has persisted over an extended period, suggesting a tacit approval from higher-ups, which is concerning.
The company's client-centric approach is commendable, but it sometimes appears to come at the expense of employee well-being. It's evident that there's an imbalance in the treatment of employees versus clients, with the latter receiving more significant attention and accommodation.
The policies in place further compound these issues. Some policies seem skewed in favour of the company and can lead to situations that feel unjust. For instance, the ability to suspend an employee without pay based solely on "Client Feedback" is a practice that warrants careful reconsideration. Additionally, the absence of safeguards against employee mistreatment is a concern that deserves attention.
Several policy aspects raise eyebrows. The lack of clear guidelines for working hours when stationed at client locations and the absence of provisions for overtime compensation leave employees in a precarious position. A prolonged notice period of three months and restrictions on taking casual leaves during the notice period further add to the discomfort.
Regrettably, the culture of employee engagement is notably absent within the company. The efforts to solicit and act upon feedback, provide transparency regarding policies, and establish effective communication channels appear inadequate.
The company's stance on work arrangements, such as work from home and office expectations, lacks clarity and consistency. The ambiguity surrounding the criteria for determining remote work eligibility creates confusion among employees.
Equally troubling is the practice of relying on client feedback without substantial evidence, potentially subjecting employees to undue hardship. This can foster an environment where managers prioritise retaliation over constructive resolution. Even when presented with concrete evidence, the company's tendency to suppress and disregard the matter, rather than address it transparently, is profoundly disheartening.
In conclusion, it's evident that the company has some shortcomings in fostering a healthy work environment and ensuring employee well-being. While the professional challenges one might encounter in any role can be expected, the current state described above goes beyond the norm. For those who prioritise their mental peace and a balanced work-life situation, it's advisable to approach this company with caution. While attractive salary offers might be enticing, the toll on well-being might outweigh the benefits....Read More

Employer’s Response
TestingXperts (Tx) work culture is established strongly around helping employees maintain a positive work-life balance, with flexible working hours being one way to ensure such balance. A healthy and calculated amount of inflow of work/assignments is maintained for employees with the endeavour of aiding in a healthy work-life balance for every employee.
Policies are framed in a manner to outline the benefits and opportunities which boosts our employees’ morale and ensures job satisfaction. Our Company “Employee Handbook” which captures not only applicable policies, but also benefit programs, procedures, and guidelines, is always accessible to all employees on the Intranet HRMS Portal for ready reference. It explains all the employee benefits including vacation/leave, equal employer opportunity, open door policy, among others, and further lays down the Company’s expectations from employees on code of conduct, professional ethics. The company from time to time makes announcements/communications to the employees to bring awareness about all relevant events/developments regularly taking place within the organization, as well as in the professional world. However, for an employee to reap benefits of the aforesaid, employee’s participation is very important by keeping oneself connected and updated at all times.
While Tx prioritizes the interest of its Employees, Client Feedback also plays an important role by way of acknowledging good performance or highlighting gaps in work (if any). In fact, employees are encouraged to take a constructive approach to understand and improve their performance based on Client Feedback. Client Satisfaction not only ensures growth for the organization, but also offers opportunities for professional growth to employees.
Also, we have a robust Policy for Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) to prevent Sexual Harassment at workplace and redressal of matters pertaining to such acts in the organization (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal). Any and all administrative decisions made by ICC are at all times in strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, terms, and conditions forming part of the respective employment which is signed and acknowledged by the employee.
It is also important to acknowledge that sometimes demands/ expectations of an employee may fall outside company policies as well as applicable laws, this could consequentially result in grievances. To
address such issues, we have an open-door policy, Tx management ensures that its Employees’ expectations are heard and met with constructive solutions but the Company may not be able to agree to all demands/expectations.
TestingXperts management team has also formulated a dedicated employee welfare team and engaged counsellors who can be reached out to in full confidence to discuss any issues which employees may be facing.
Alternatively, you can reach out to yourreview@testingxperts.com, so we can investigate this further and take necessary action.

Likes are to get poor work life balance. This company is client-centric company and you may have to compromise with you family members in order to fulfill the company's expectations.
If you're thinking of joining this company, please review atleast 10-15 reviews and must see who is happy in this company.

Worst company in India. No other company has lower standard than this one. Believe me or you can have your own personal experience but I am sure you will not continue in this company for more than 12-15 months.
Please read your contract carefully. I read one comment in the reviews here and observed this company has a same clause forwhich Infosys was reprimanded in Supreme court. That is, you are not allowed to work for their competitor for a period of 12 months. Read it carefully. This is against you and every IT employee and based on this you will be blackmailed and harrassed for paying out money to them. Otherwise your documents will be denied in case you submit resignation and join other company. Be very careful.
This is the reason their 70-80% workforce leave every year. Only top management till associate directors are surviving in this company, rest other Associate engineers, engineers and senior engineers are replaced every year.
Either top leadership or legal counsellors will be happy in this company. Now you decide why legal counsellors are happy in an IT company?
Join this company only if you're dying of hunger, your sufferings may be delayed but definitely the HR of this company will make you suffer more.
If you think that this review is a biased one, then connect with atleast any one ex-employee of this company. Ask her/him for their experience in this company.

Forget about your salary increments, they may target to extort money by sending you legal notices at the time of your resignation because then you'd become one of the company's enemy. They have good team of lawyers for extorting money....Read More
