Worst culture. HR do fake promises like annual performance bonus and half yearly appraisal and two months notice period. Once you join the organization They can kick you out any time even after becoming top performer. Later HR will block your number and treat you like animals. All the Senior hierarchy will block your number and terminate you without any notice. Huge practise of petty dirty politics. Worst culture. Promote fake selling. Worst product. Zero promotion or appraisal model. All the best leaders have left the system. Those who survived promotes fake business and internal politics. No should ever think of joining this organization ever. They won't release FNF, experience letter and fond of practicing mass layoffs. Humanity is completely missing. It's a happening place to work. Pros: A lot of learning, very flexible work timings, very accommodating team, cool management, feels more like home than office. Good raise and promising promotions

Some people felt that the culture is more of a startup so they were working for long hours. I never had this problem.
