Executive - Happy Students

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Executive - Happy Students with a strong technical background to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical challenges and academic success for our students. You will work one-on-one with students to resolve queries, guide them in their learning journey,
and ensure a supportive experience throughout their college tenure.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to resolve their academic, technical, and administrative queries.
Guide students in overcoming challenges related to their studies and technical projects.
Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for students to excel academically.
Provide technical support to students by helping them connect with the mentors on Tech-related topics, assignments, and tools.
Assist students in understanding and utilizing technical concepts and software to enhance their learning experience.
Communicate weekly with parents to discuss their wards performance and progress.
Set up meetings with parents to showcase academic reports and highlight areas for improvement or achievements.
Track and review the academic performance and attendance of students.
Provide constructive feedback and actionable advice to students to improve their performance.
Prepare detailed academic reports for internal and external review.
Coordinate with faculty,and other stakeholders to address student concerns.
Develop strategies to improve the overall student experience and drive successful outcomes.
Organize and lead campus tours for students and their parents during the admission process. Act as a friendly, knowledgeable ambassador, answering queries and providing key information about campus facilities and counsel prospective students and parents to guide their decision-making process for admission to PST.
Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving student concerns related to hostel accommodations.
Collaborate with the hostel administration to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment.

You should apply if you:
Know your yard:BCA/B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline, with strong foundational knowledge in programming, databases, IT systems, and other relevant IT concepts.
Can handle your toys: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.
Are a social butterfly: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A strong ability to connect and empathize with students from various backgrounds is a major plus.
Have solutions on your fingertips: Analytical thinker who can identify student issues and create actionable solutions.
Show impressive swiftness: Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
