We have well structured HR policies , projects staring from very big hospitals & hotels project from USA, Commercial & Corporate Houses, Residential Colonies from UK , Canada ,Australia and European countries We have many staff working in our company since 15 years When some candidates such as yourself is hired and when they are unable to perform as per their KRA's listed during the hiring time, do not show case the skills as promised during interview, even after repeated trainings , when they do not get growth, or the confirmation after the probation, such employees use such one sided platform to malign the Company's reputation by putting baseless reviews. Employee who perform well are getting up to 100 % growth year on year in our company. Your such a negative review for our company is unfortunate and illogical. We still wish, you get better opportunity in your career.

But unfortunately it is in the hands of the employee to drive it. We over a period of time have given the best growth, policies and flexible work culture to people who sincerely work with us by fostering a positive work culture. We have best of the Architects working in our Company from years. We have all facilities in our company including Free Unlimited Snacks, Free Unlimited Tea/Coffee, Best of the Cafe, Employee friendly leave and other HR Policies ,6 monthly increments, longevity bonuses, Birthday celebrations along with work life balance excercise done quarterly to ensure that no employee is burnt out. Given to our type of industry certainly we have work pressures, but as management we have been very flexible. All that we expect from an employee is some integrity and consideration towards the client, with bare minimum acceptable performance. No company can allow an employee to suddenly dump project midway and leave without any reason. However, after getting all these faclities, if you fail to perform and show bad attitude, no company can help it. then certainly their actions will not be as per your expectations. We run a business and if we get rewarded you will get rewarded. No Company will be able to award you the gold medal if you are casual and toxic. Tesla is 14-year-old Company and is growing exponentially year on year. Its management is made of experienced and thorough professionals. Just because you have a platform which allows you to write anything (no evidence needed), does not mean you write wrong feedback. Running away from a company by citing false reasons, leaving client midway is very unethical and more toxic. It is unfortunate that such platforms are giving employees like you undue importance and gives you an opportunity of posting such reviews,without checking the authenticity. Most of the reviews are absolutely one sided.

I joined almost a year back and have very good experiece with the company so far. I am continuing to learn here and work happily. Management specially is very supportive, takes care of our personal needs and space.
Not as such dislikes but just one suggestion is that company should have a dedicated trainer, so that we can enhance our learing, skills and productivity without wasting any time of TLs.

There are many many examples where the Salary of Employee get doubled in short spam of 1 year only. Management personally review the performance of each and every employee , depending upon the Client's feedback and Feedback of Project head, every employee are praised.
