- You need to keep happy everybody including your colleagues for any thing next. If you are not backed by people, you have no value here.
- Show off and impression are valued more than your technical achievements.
- Gang by old employees - they take advantages.
- hierarchy - all the information (tech + design + next features) will be limited to SDE3 and above. If you are joining as SDE2, you are just a coder who is asked to code. You are not here to think or make decision. Decision will be made before you know about it.
