With micro management, pin point monitoring, even from the top and no work life management as You’re forced to work on holidays and even late hours after office. you can get a call anytime from your bosses snd you’ll have to pick it, whenever and wherever it comes. It is really tough for a family guy to work. The job security is like nothing, you’re constantly reminded of being thrown out if you lack in performance any time and mostly tracked by top management. You won’t get any proper trainings for the job or products. The pressure is extreme.
