Company policy is very good but management some old people's totally forgot his own job and they are not worry to real market and customer issues ! They people are only playing role of mail doesn't support ground level.

Like most age old companies, Caterpillar too has a set of old folks in different levels of managerial roles who go with their experience and old school thinking over talent and innovation. Company fails to have developed any major innovation and technical break throughs in their product for more than few decades. While the annual travel budgets are as per international standards, the payroll are matched on a local scale which results in a very poor local compensation and benefits often resulting in a very high attrition of the young and talented. Honestly, this is an MNC speaking of their old age traditions, culture, product, brand name along with many different jargons such as diversity, inclusion, innovation, job security, etc but still don't mean a thing and more like any other gaints in the industry....Read More
