Lots of learning,job satisfaction,lots of opportunity to handle project independently,develop skill,timely appraisal,transparency of company's objective and goal linked with individuals . Always feel proud to be associated with company's culture and respect between the colleagues. All the time fully charged to lead any challenge with dedication. Dislikes

Work pressure is little high. Expectation of seniors to get fast any result is high when they are aware of our strength where we are new to the system. I never feel bad when we don't get appreciation but one should understand the working principal where we have to deal with multi functional team. Sometimes I feel pity on myself and dishearten when things are not under my control.

Work Details

As a Sr Design Mgr for NPD , Structural,Hydraulics, vehicle integration,Weldment drawings, engineering calculation,progress presentation,critical path analysis, cost optimization and implementation to my machine. Bring out all manufacturing & assly issues
