Work Culture and company policies are good, however managers working in this organisation always try to promote the people from their local state. Also WHQ managers are not subject matter expert who always listen to external vendor who are not subject matter expert. This way it's very difficult to use the technical expertise within OTIS after sometime you will be redundant in the market. Dislikes

Middle management who are not subject matter expert create all problems. They will never allow to grow in the Organisation. Also there are more regional politics is there. People who can speak get more preference in the organisation. Top management listen to them and they get all promotion.

Strict policies are in place to protect employees against retaliation. 100% Ethical company and zero tolerance for dishonesty. Health and Safety of employees are given prime importance. There was no job cut or salary cut during lockdown period. PPE items were distributed freely to protect against covid. If anyone is affected with covid they are given additional leave.

Growth potential is delayed. Salaries can further be improved. Pressure on targets are too much

My experience is mixed and the journey in this company is like a roller coaster ride over the years. I have been given different roles which I have performed successfully but my overall growth has not been satisfactory.
