No Job security, Internal politics, No work life balance, toxic environment, they replace employees without any notice, always force to resign, all the managers leaders are micro in thinking. The worst person in that company is The Global CEO and HR head, I mean like everyone

The company is like an old type lala company. The leadership and C level executives are actually spineless and have zero business sense, management skills and knowledge. Starting from the top most to the entire c level are worthless individuals. I have worked closely with everyone and none of them have sense.
