I had the privilege of working on high profile cases that helped me gain extensive legal knowledge and also expand my strategic skills. Tempus also conducts regular seminars and workshops to help the associates like me and the new talents (interns) gain practical knowledge beyond the cases.

Dislikes

Sometimes the nature of the work could be demanding requiring a lot of efforts, sometimes beyond working hours. Keeping a healthy work-life balance can sometimes be difficult.

They will hire you for a specific project but they will tell you that you are given a permanent position. As soon as your work is over in that project you will be terminated. They are very judgemental type of people who judge you by the way you dress, your college, your past experiences.
