Sometimes the nature of the work could be demanding requiring a lot of efforts, sometimes beyond working hours. Keeping a healthy work-life balance can sometimes be difficult.

Tempus law promotes professional growth and emphasises on continuous learning. We are encouraged to attend important seminars and webinars regularly. The seniors, especially partners are extremely supportive and kind.

Dislikes

They will hire you for a specific project but they will tell you that you are given a permanent position. As soon as your work is over in that project you will be terminated. They are very judgemental type of people who judge you by the way you dress, your college, your past experiences.
