Here comes the grey area of the company. 1. Work life balance will not be great. 2. We neee to sacrifice one or two weekends of a month to work. 3. Senior people dominantion will be there if you are in right team thats not a problem. 4. What ever knowledge u have and how far u are smart, u will feel the pressure and dig your head incold water during the first year of work / while learning the t24 product.. that much amount of pressure u will feel.. but once u learn then u are the king will feel relaxed and work smooth. 5.work culture is very poor there is no much standard work curture... It has to be changed floor will look like a old browsing centre and conversation over the floor will give u a feel that u work in Market.. this definitely needs to be improved, though sounds local the people will be good, lovely and fun ... Took time to settled down for me .. 6.important part of negative side is package offered during entry will be very less compared to market standards. But hike will be very decent. I should appreciate that. 7.No Work from home before covid. 8. No cafeteria it food court... Company will be like a old telephone exchange centre.. Pls donot focus on negative review alone there are plenty of positive sides also there.... If u get a chance explore. One important plus is if u know t24 product then u will get lot of opportunities... Learning never stops if u work here...Read More
