The process is simple and a few supervisors are understanding

Force overtime . There are many Client holidays but to compensate those working days you have to work on following weekends . And this has been going on ever since I have joined . And they will deduct your own leave balances for client holidays

Work Details

You have to give an average 35 hours of login here . So it’s less toxic than other bpo’s . However, at the same time you have to maintain around 15 parameters daily . If you don’t perform according to their standard , they will chuck you out
