Will depend on your boss, No job security at all, they will hire you on a good package first and after smothing of project, they will create some issue and will fire you with hardly one month notice. HR is the worst condition.....actually they are only for name and totally popet of management. No support and guidance , blindly you will be put in any project irrespective of your skillset and interest. Dirty internal politics...boss is god there, silver of girls....Read More

terrible,I was hirect for a technical project but put into a call center/BPO project.team wasn't billing to work due to profile. I was given the reponsibility of a PM and after 2mnths of project handover.when project was stable Asked 4 resign due to cost

Every other employee has his uncle at a higher position, readily available to intervene and bypass the process. Too much of Politics and communism. Your manager will target you for every attempt.

Dislikes

Manager will get his work done and fire you within 6 months. You are supposed to be working 24*7 as you are working from home/office.

Work Details

Ensure to get the right information before adding a spot on your career and resume. Least professional organisation. HR works with your manager, will pass on the feedback with names. No spine in any of the HR to take a stand for the employee.

Nothing, Muslim dominated compnay. They have fired me even though I was in a billable position stating that they dont have any projects in pipeline, all the muslims are safe though. Over 100 people have been sacked taking COVID-19 as an excuse, out of that 96 are Hindu's, all muslims are safe. Great Work

Discrimination (against Hindus and Muslims) and nepotism

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
