Your skills will grow. But your health and mental stability will not. Better to take offer letter and negotiate with other companies.

Dislikes

Management behaviour is worst, rude, uncouth, presumptuous. You have to work late nights every days , work on weekends even on holidays. They can cancel your planned leaves or even sick leaves. Scold and force to complete work at same day.

The Work culture Healthy working environment great rapport with colleagues and seniors are the best part of Tealiolabs so far. I had a lot of interactions with my seniors which is quite rare and difficult in some companies but here at teliolabs. I have experienced extreme comfort from my seniors and colleagues. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
