Overall the experience was good, friendly environment, good leadership, good management and a good opportunity to earn more incentives on basis of performance.

Nothing much all good so far only the sad part is about the business is down due to covid-19 as this is a UK travel company so all depends on flights departure n also about the hotel's booking, so it's been a continuos lockdown since 1 year now so I hope once everything gets sorted out then it will definitely boom back more than as per the business expectations.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as this was a new process to me but slowly n gradually learned the process well n that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.
