Horrible...it spoiler my career... never join the company...I worked for 15 hrs at times expecting my incentives... but when I was about to be paid...I was asked to leave... hence I lost my complete season incentives

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company was very good but the tym at which we needed company's support the most. They fired us. Before that they deducted our salary we were ok. But suddenly without any prior knowledge they fired more den 200-250 people at a tym from the job.
