I had worked in Bharti from the beigning of this Company started in Tamilnadu 2001.Intially Company was good and peoples are motivated and peoples are stright forward. After 15years Most of the process Vioation and most of the Manger and Engineer are geting money from Vendors and Some Manager is having Dumumy Vendor doing the work in the Vendor name and getting money. In this Company fully politics and Corruption. Good and stright forward People are Targted sending out by the Courpted Managers. We are the part of poeple who intially built bharti Network. Now in this Company Fully politics and Coruption. Most Of the Good and Straight forward Employees are Targeted by Corupted Managers and placing under pressure and Sending the people out. I had worked for 24/7 in Maintanance and operarion with 100% dedication to the Company and not having time to take care of my family..
