Telenor (India) was a great company to work in, till the time the management decided to kill its employee's future by not being transparent about their exit and merger plans. It had all the qualities of a good company like good salary, career growth opportunities, good work ethics ect, but with one stroke of bad management it ruinedthe careers of around 1400 employees. The management assured all employees that they will be placed with a job in the Transferee company post merger. They also gave its employees copy of legal documents supporting the assurance.
