Then there's the team leader, Azhar, who has a unique approach to leadership—one that includes using language that would make a sail or blush and showing utter disregard for anyone's personal boundaries</mark>. He enables his equally unprofessional seniors to torment their juniors, making the workplace feel more like a battleground than an office. Business ram down has forced me to go to forcefull 30days notice by the company's management. Had worked in the company for more than 3.5 yra but got to leave as per the company's notice.
