Zero work life balance. They curse when you utilize your 1 hr break, only 30 food break is freely given as per their wish. During Off-boarding they mischievously deteriorate salary processing, and eventually forfeit some or full money. Initially they provide cabs and later gradually unprovide once or twice in a week by giving various excuses of vehicle damage etc and at the time of reimbursement they miscalculate it and again forfeit some money. Team members are good. And fellow workers are amazing. It's just the HR rules which are so strict and make your life terrible.

Dislikes

Work-life balance do not exist in this company. They expect you to provide a 21 days prior notice if you want a holiday. If you take holiday due to some reason there will be salary deduction. Don't even think about taking a day off on Saturday or if the next day is a public holiday. They will deduct salary of three days. HR is personally a nice lady both of them.
