For Fresher in Telecom, this company provides the platform for learning basics of telecom till Expert... But you have to be good learner and create your presence to growth ...it is Indian company opened the branch in Dubai.

There is no architecture in Management level... anyone blame on you but you. if you have grip to handle Indian companies policies then you are safe here.. otherwise, no one help you ...Here Customer satisfaction is high priority.

I joined has a Project Engineer, but worked as a Installation with roaming all over INDIA (ITI Job - Drill, Equipment installation, patch cord /power cable routing) minimum within 1 week , after 2 years my role changed to support from NOC ( one location)
